Every year, half a million babies in the U.S. are born prematurely. Premature birth is the leading cause of newborn death and many life long disabilities. The funds we raise in WalkAmerica support research that saves babies’ lives.
We at Citizens Against Crime and Drugs of the Wyoming Valley care about our children. It makes us sad to see a newborn baby born sick and/or Premature. We proudly support March of Dimes and ask our Neighbors of the Wyoming Valley to help us help March of Dimes. The March of Dimes does a lot to help babies born sick and/or Premature. We want to be part of what they do and we will contribute as much time and money as we can. Please join our team and join us in a walk at Kirby Park April 29th, 2007 at 8am. If you can donate any amount it would go a long way to help a sick baby. Every dollar counts and your kindness means a lot. Just like Citizens Against Crime and Drugs cares, so does March of Dimes. Lets work together!

While I admire your worthy goals, please look at the other side of the March of Dimes which has come to be called the March of Crimes. The money people so generously donate goes to fund painful, cruel, and unnecessary experiments on our fellow creatures. In many cases the experiments are duplicates. Both the generous contributions of ordinary citizens and tax dollars have been poured into these so-called research facilities for decades without any tangible results other than stacks of ‘research’ papers that have been used for the self-aggrandizement of often sadistic ’scientists’. Does it not seem strange that a lot of these agencies claim to be funding research but after decades, we have just as many problems as ever? Certainly we can argue that as the world becomes more complex, there are more problems, but there are a lot of things that can be resolved by using simple common sense.
Please check the following websites for the other side of the story and decide whether your dollars are well-spent.

Research is laudable, but the question is are these research scientists really concerned about your health and welfare or only about keeping their jobs.
