An Intense Physical Workout
A funny thing happened the other day when I was outside playing with not only my kids but the neighborhood kids as well. I glanced over and saw my neighboor washing his truck. Normal occurance for anyone right. Well, the very next day I saw him washing it again. Can you imagine?
Talk about an intentse physical workout and no doubt self imposed. With a car that clean you know he is going to have a strong arm. We can surely see that there will be no Medifast in his future. It has gotten to the point where I am thinking about just parking my car in the driveway and perhaps it will end up clean.
