I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and I have been getting braxton hicks contractions since about 25 weeks or maybe even sooner (not sure) but does these early contractions mean I could possibly have a greater chance of going into preterm labor or anytime before 40 weeks rather than going past 40 weeks?

I’m 4.5 months preggy,I had a pre-term labor,my ob-gyne gave me to take the buscopan tablet but it did’nt stop the pain& it leads to abortion!
