Quit Drinking Now Is The Best Thing To Do

Thursday, March 4th, 2010

It came to me that I have to quit drinking now. I realized that it does no good to me but rather destroy my health and my relationships with my family and friends. But I’m happy because they are still beside me to support and encourage me with my decision. It is one tough decision. I can feel the pain of withdrawal and I hate it. Good thing there are doctors who guide and, patiently, motivating me that I can surpass this.

To quit drinking now is the best decision I ever made in my life. It may be a slow process but I know that someday I’ll be alcohol free.

Help to Stop “Studdering”

Tuesday, March 2nd, 2010

It really is a sad fact, but a “studdering” or stuttering difficulty isn’t the end-all be-all in the difficulty. It could pave the way in which for a lot of other struggles that the person may need to deal with for weeks, months, or even many years to arrive.

The main struggle may be the self-concept. This contains how the human being sees him or herself, how worthy she or he feels, and how she or he identifies him or herself. Persons who have stuttering disorders revolve their self-concept all around stuttering. They may encounter different reactions from individuals about their speech problem and they may perhaps start to feel that what they have (stuttering) is socially unacceptable. This, naturally, results to damaging self concept. studdering

Tuesday, February 16th, 2010

It is important to understand that if your intention is to stop an anxiety attack or any future phobia feeling from coming up, you must understand that the usual symptoms associated with an anxiety are running ideas, fear, or confusion. This in turn causes you to feel nervous and confused. It’s very challenging to think clearly when the thoughts of fear and doubt take most of the room up there in your head. The latter thoughts feed into your panic and the vicious cycle begins. So this tip isn’t a particular anxiety cure, but it can help reduce panic attacks and anxiety.

Underground Hypnosis-What It Can Do

Thursday, February 11th, 2010

What can underground hypnosis do?

Underground hypnosis helps to make an indirect connection to an individual’s subconscious via secret speech methods and movement which is also sometimes referred to as underground or covert conditioning.

In underground hypnosis, the person being hypnotized does not know they are being hypnotized.

A hypnotist may make impossible to ignore suggestions to the person and force them to do whatever he wants.

Bottom line, an individual may be hypnotized by a hypnotist without his consent and desire, however it’s a difficult task.

A person skilled in the use of underground hypnosis could make it happen.

You Can Learn How to Jump Higher

Monday, February 8th, 2010

For basketball players, runners who complete hurdle racers, and other serious athletes in a variety of sports learning how to jump higher may be the key to enhance their athletic careers. However, most people think that it is not possible to get a higher jump due to physical restraints such as height and weight.

This however is not true because with the right exercises you can easily increase your vertical leap by up to three or four times. Much like any other type of exercise, the more you train your muscles the better they will respond to your efforts.

First of all, before you start to learn how to jump higher by getting out there and doing jumping exercises you should be warned that it is not practical or safe to do these exercises every day. While it may seem as if doing jumping exercises every day will increase your jumping abilities, it may actually threaten the health of your muscles and your ability to jump.

This is due to the fact that muscles that are not given a chance to repair and rejuvenate themselves are more likely to be injured. Thus, if you do not allow your muscles time to heal you could end up pulling or straining a muscle which will keep you off the field, so to speak, for a period of time.

Second, when you start to learn how to jump you should be aware that your jump will not increase overnight. Many people expect to see immediate results, which leads them to quickly give up on the exercises when they do not notice improvement after a week or two. It takes time for your muscles to learn how to give you a more powerful jump and get built up to the point where they can. Be patient and appropriately informed and you will be much more likely to stick with a training program long enough to see true results.

Covert Hypnosis

Wednesday, February 3rd, 2010

There is a method of hypnosis that makes people instantly attracted to you, inspires people to join your cause, turns clients into eager buyers, allows you to detect when someone is telling a lie, and lets you hypnotize people without them ever knowing. This method is known as covert hypnosis and is one of the most powerful forms of hypnosis in existence. Some governments have banned its use because it is so powerful. Hypnosis has moved forward quite a bit over the last hundred years, but the phenomenon remains a mystery of sorts. In recent years its popularity has grown by leaps and bounds.

Is Your Life Stuck In A Rut?

Thursday, January 21st, 2010

I decided this week to take notice of how many times I’ve heard people say “I want to change my life” or “My life is stuck in a rut” and to my surprise I heard these statements from people I never would have thought unhappy.

Being stuck in a rut is more common than you would think, but what is most alarming is the impact that feeling has on our emotional and physical health

In Escape From Being Stuck In A Rut the link between frustration, stress and boredom is clearly made with health conditions that include lack of energy, chemical imbalances in your gut and bloodstream, emotional conditions such as fear, hopelessness and deptression. Even major diseases and immune disorders can be tied back to this feeling of hopelessness - of being stuck in a rut.

So, how do we get out of a rut - breaking free of this hopeless and limiting state?

1. First, realize the symptoms of being stuck in life. Does time go by slowly? Is everything you do a pattern? Thinking and acting outside of your comfort zone, are these becoming less and less common in your life? Do you get tired easily? Do you find you need a great deal more sleep than in the past?

2. Break the cycle of repition by doing small things differently. Change your route to work. Alter your morning routine. Work at something different for a few hours. Try playing a game with your family. Try anything that will get you out of the rut you now find yourself in.

3. Look for peace within by practicing meditation or yoga. You will be amazed at the excitement, enthusiasm and enjoyment you can bring back into your life by giving yourself the time to meditate - that is the start of when I discovered how to get unstuck in life

4. Exercise and health must become new priorities. By clogging our system with poor foods and then avoiding the natural need your body has to experience motion we are further supporting the “stuck in a rut” experience.

To get from being stuck in a rut to being happy, active and energized, give these 4 steps a try and you will notice a difference.
