Meal Replacement Diets The New Revolution
When I was a kid and watched my mother diet, it was quite disgusting. I mean back then what passed for diet food on some of these plans was anything but edible. Today in 2010 that has all changed. Recently I was watching a commercial for the Medifast Diet plan and I almost fell out of my chair. Their meal replacement diet food actually looked good.
In fact, I think I would probably prefer their food to what my wife cooks on any given night. 
All I can say is welcome to the new meal replacement diet revolution. If you have not investigated some of these plans I seriously think you will be pleasantly surprised.
