If you want to workout, you will need a place to do it. Gyms have been pretty accessible for years now, but the real changes in fitness have been in home gym exercise. This is because gym equipment for the home is getting stronger, better, and better able to work you out. For years, the home gym equipment was of such inferior quality relative to the commercial stuff, even if you could afford it, you would never use it. It would always break and would give you a poor workout. That has been overcome and even if you don’t have all the equipment, there now full exercise programs that just use bands and can get you in better shape than any program 10 years ago.
