Does needing a wee all the time all day a sign of pre-term labour?
I am 30 weeks pregnant and all day i’ve been needing a wee. I know its a pregnancy thing but i’ve not experienced this through my pregnancy. I have had lots of pressure in the pubic area and my back is achy. I’ve stabbing pains either side of my tummy. I’ve got wind like pains well they feel like diarrheoa pains. I’ve also had an increased appetite and thirst. I s this a normal pregnancy thing?
yes it is perfectly normal for anyone who is pregnant.

Very normal. Once your baby reaches a certain size, the baby’s weight puts pressure on your kidneys. It happens to every pregnant woman.

It’s just part of the third trimester. The more weight the baby gains, the more you will have to pee from him or her sitting on your bladder. I went from not having to pee from night til morning to peeing twice in the middle of the night plus before bed and right after I got up.
Same goes for the back pain, and even the thirst. Increased appetite is the only thing that surprises me. Usually as your uterus is moving up, you have less room in your stomach so less of an appetite. Maybe your baby is having a growth spurt and needs a little extra energy this week.

sounds normal for how far you are i had a water infection common in pregnancy i was going loo lots you can ask midwife/doctor check a water sample put your mind at rest
