I was a premature baby myself and I’ve been heatlhy all my life. I am now 5 foot 7 and weight just about 150 pounds so yes ! There is hope !!

my sister had her baby the other week at the age of 16, yes it wasnt planned but she loves the baby , he was named matthew james driver , and he came out 3 months 26days EARLY he only weright one bag of suga
He is doing fine now,
He was in intensive caree , but he is recovering very well

I was born 9 weeks …
I was born 9 weeks early in 1980. Thanks to the people that kept me alive. There was a point in my life where I weighed less than apound. My doctors didn’t think that I would live. I am now tall, healthy and happy. Thanks NICU staff for working to give another child a chance at a wonderful life like the one that people worked so very hard, to give me.

but as a twin its said to be normal..
i was 3 Ibs and i stayed in the hospital for 3 mounths.
turns out i had almost no plasma in my blood because my sister had most of my share of blood. lol.

my lil bro was born at 6mnths old wit no finger or toe nail de size of a bag of sugar nd de weight of one he died 3times in my mams arm nw 6years on nd he is the greatest bro ever absolutly nothing wrong wit him at all! i really do beleave in miracle’s!

I was born in 1980 …
I was born in 1980 at 3lb and then, this size was considered very small. They were not sure I would survive due to complications of being so small and ill. Nowadays, although very small, 3lb is no where near as dangerous as it was nearly 30 years ago. The doctors and nurses do a fantastic job of looking after and caring for prem babies. Amazing work.
