Each child learns and grows at their own pace. In 5 years it won't matter which one walked first. As long as they are healthy and growing. It's too easy to compare your children to each other but try not to :) If you are curious as to what most babies are doing at their age, you can go to babycenter.com and get a news letter every week about milestones for their age. My son is 15 months next week and he JUST started walking this week. He says dada, but that's it.
