child with sharp pain in right side of head above ear?

She is 4 years old and her head in flat in the back caused by prematurity, she tells me it feels like a cracking and it only last a few seconds and has been only happening for a month. doctors appt in 2 weeks

Don’t wait 2 weeks-
call the doctor’s office tomorrow
and see if you can get her in there
sometime this week-
It sounds as if she may have an ear
infection. However, just to be on the safe
side, don’t delay in seeking treatment
for her.

    Try to get a early appointment or take her to the ER
