  3. I wonder what exam this is for???

    Anyway, 2 is A the pneumo is a collapsed lung caused by a piercing of the lung, i.e. bone fragment. Pneumonia is an infection, PE is in the blood caused by a clot and empysema is caused by other infections etc.
