Our mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality. We carry out this mission through research, community services, education and advocacy to save babies’ lives. March of Dimes researchers, volunteers, educators, outreach workers and advocates work together to give all babies a fighting chance against the threats to their health: prematurity, birth defects, low birthweight.

My response to the Global Poverty Act.
Why do we not think of our youth first?
Educated do gooders(Obama specifically) does not undertand the extent of what the poor suffer,or doesn’t care and that it is truly NOT their fault. Sometimes there is no food, no water, no electricity, yes here in the USA.
I cite Obama who wrote and promotes the Global Poverty Act, sending $845 billion outside the USA to prevent poverty in other country’s. Not the USA. I hope he sees theese videos.
